Desktop & Laptop computers need to be upgraded from time to time, or need parts replacing.
With my service, I provide a full initial assessment of your current computer stock, to include age and specifications.
I will then advise on timetables for upgrades or replacements, as well as providing support for hardware issues.
Software support is usually provided by a third party, so I will only ensure that you have working hardware.
Consultation to understand the business operations and how the computers are used.

Collected & Stored information to include, but not limited to:
PC ID code (for tracking and support),
System Manufacturer & Model, Processor (CPU), BIOS Version (year), Operating System, RAM (memory),
Battery Full Charged Capacity mWh & Designed Capacity mWh,
Hard drive Type, Capacity & percentage used.

STANDARD SERVICE COVER
Replacement units and support to include, but not limited to:
Sound cards, RAM upgrades, USB storage devices, Hard drive cloning and replacing, batteries.
Parts to be purchased and fitted by Benico Enterprises. Parts may be provided by the Client Company, if agreed in advance.
CHARGES
Charges are to be fixed at £# per calendar month, for a minimum period of 6 months, but maintained at this agreed rate for an agreed contract of 12 months.
This will help financial management and avoid large one-off expenses.
Initial costs will be based on £25 per 2 machines. Additional on-call service charges will be added to the contract price.
These charges would include the initial consultation and system information collection, which would be chargeable at approximately £# and standby online and on-site support for 12 months.
Time & Attendance records will be kept for each site visit or online support event.
Charges will be reviewed annually, with a view to maintaining this rate for a minimum period of 3 years.
Benico Enterprises is not subject to V.A.T.
TERMINATION
In the event that the contract is terminated by the client, within 6 months, the full outstanding balance of the initial £# cost will remain payable.
The client may agree not to renew the contract after 12 months, or request an earlier cancellation if necessary.
Benico Enterprises will maintain services for as long as the agreement is in place and payments have been made. Non-payment of fees will result in the suspension or termination of services.
The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998: Interest and fees may be added to unpaid fees, in accordance with the current legislation.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Benico Enterprises will respect the confidentiality of all information seen or gathered from the client.
No information will be stored on an online database, nor passed to any other persons or organisations.
